I understand that season membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Wheatland Golf Club pertaining to pace of play, the dress code, and all additional rules and regulations. I will provide proof of age and identity upon request. Failure to provide accurate information or to abide by the rules and regulations will render my pass subject to immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of reserved tee time (if applicable). I understand that membership is based on the calendar year of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. I agree to comply with the course's policy that play may only occur during regular, posted hours of operation.
Membership Credit
In the event of injury or illness, membership may be suspended for the remainder of the season and credit towards purchase of a 2026-2027 membership may be issued. All requests for membership credit must be accompanied by proper documentation. The issuing of the 2026-2027 membership credits is subject to review by the Wheatland Golf Club Manager and Board of Directors.
